Translating enterprise and public sector needs into product strategy and scalable platform featuresLeading structured discovery using frameworks like JTBD and Lean CanvasCollaborating across engineering, UX, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver secure and user-focused featuresManaging the roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for onboarding, integrations, and product enhancementsBalancing the needs of clients and end users in B2B2C environments — ensuring quality experiences for bothTracking product performance with data, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, B2G, or platform environmentsDigital Identity experience is essential - KYC, identity, verifiable credentials, decentralized identity, mobile driving licence; developing systems in identityExperience building software in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystemsFamiliarity with enterprise technology and/or public sector environmentsStrong communication skills, with the ability to align legal, commercial, and technical teamsComfort working with KPIs, product analytics, and structured prioritisation frameworksProficiency in modern product tooling (Figma, Confluence, Miro, analytics dashboards etc.)Seniority level
