Responsibilities
Act as the Responsible Pharmacist overseeing all pharmacy operationsEnsure compliance with GPhC standards and regulatory requirementsLead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists and techniciansProvide subject matter expertise to business projects and auditsOversee the safe and accurate dispensing of medicationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service excellenceWhat a Typical Day Looks Like
Leading the shift team, ensuring smooth operationsReviewing and checking prescriptions for accuracy and complianceSupporting technical training and mentoring staffLiaising with internal teams (e.g., QA, compounding, customer services)Managing performance and supporting development plansWhy Lloyds Clinical?

GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualificationProven experience in a senior or team leadership roleIndependent Prescriber with practical experienceStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assuranceAbility to manage high-pressure situations and maintain composureExcellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skillsBe part of a pharmacy-led business with clear progression pathwaysWork in a collaborative, supportive environment with a strong team cultureAccess to structured development and CPD opportunitiesOn-site parking available; accessible via public transportAbout Us
