Lead Mechanical Operator - £2000 Welcome Bonus

Lead Mechanical Operator with a £2,000 Welcome Bonus. Role at TieTalent, based in Slough.Salary: From £40,000 - £48,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) dependant on experience. Benefits include a company bonus, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12 hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), permanent position, hot food restaurant, on-site gym, private medical insurance and free flu jabs, free on-site parking, and an employee shop with monthly allowance. Welcome bonus paid in your first week salary.What are we looking for?

Minimum 1 year’s experience managing and coordinating operatorsSkilled in diagnosing mechanical issues through systematic troubleshooting techniquesProficient in taking apart machinery to understand components and functionality, and reassembling to ensure optimal operationKeen eye for detail to identify faults or inefficiencies and ensure precisionCommitment to ongoing improvement, including suggesting modifications to improve efficiency, safety, or performanceAbility to work effectively in teams, sharing insights and collaborating to implement improvementsKey responsibilities

Lead first line maintenance of several production machines and make operational decisions to achieve targetsIdentify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machineryBe accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipmentUse diagnostic tools and methods to identify root causes of problemsCoordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targetsAssist operators with daily production tasks to ensure line targets are metWhat can you expect
