Lead Mechanical Engineer

Randstad CandP are currently recruiting a Lead Mechanical Engineer to oversee and deliver complete mechanical building services across a commercial site in Manchester. As the lead technical engineer on site, you will take ownership of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical plant assets. You will direct daily planned and reactive maintenance to ensure peak operational performance, strict statutory compliance, and a comfortable environment for all building occupants. Lead the site engineering team and supervise visiting subcontractors whilst acting as the primary technical point of contact for all mechanical plant operations. Enforce total site compliance with health and safety standards by managing risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and Legionella monitoring routines.
