Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to join their Manchester studio and take a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class workplace environments.This is an opportunity for a commercially astute and creatively driven designer to lead projects from strategic inception through early-stage design development, while overseeing delivery through to completion.The RoleAs Lead Interior Designer, you will lead the design process across RIBA Stages 03, taking ownership of concept generation, workplace strategy, client presentations and design development, before providing design oversight through project delivery and completion.This is a client-facing leadership role suited to someone who combines strong conceptual ability with commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workplace interior design projects from brief creation through RIBA Stages 03Develop compelling workplace concepts, space planning solutions and innovative design narrativesPresent and pitch design concepts confidently to clients, securing buy-in at all levelsFacilitate workshops, understand client objectives and translate business needs into ..... full job details .....
