Purpose

To supervise the day-to-day operation of the day shift, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building systems within the contracted area of responsibility.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensure routine PPM is carried out on all mechanical and electrical plant according to site task schedules and asset lists.Complete reactive tasks throughout the building and proactively identify areas for improvement, including concessionary stores and fabric-related items.Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain plant in a serviceable condition at all times.Ensure suitable spares are available for maintenance and reactive works, providing parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial actions.Experience (Essential)

Experience maintaining controlled environments with tight humidity and temperature control.Knowledge of Heating and Ventilation / Air Conditioning and building support systems and their control methods.Experience using CAFM systems.Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to defined standards.Why work for us?
