Leading by example to support and improve the performance of Service Engineers, focusing on technical knowledge, efficiency, safety, quality, and customer service.Carrying out Service Engineer duties in the region (HA, UB, N, NW, W postcodes) and reporting to the Service Manager.Performing LOLER inspections, Planned Preventative Maintenance, and Repairs on Moving and Handling equipment in Nursing and Care environments, including Mobiles Hoists, Ceiling Track Hoists, Bathing Systems, Profiling beds, Wheelchairs, and other equipment.Conducting PUWER Service and Repairs, including weight testing with sandbags.Ensuring accurate timesheet reporting, detailed job reports, recording travel time, tagging, and labelling equipment.Benefits of the Lead Engineer:
