M&E Lead Engineer

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Schedule and perform planned preventative maintenance on essential mechanical and electrical systems.Monitor all main plant and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.Proactively identify and rectify faults, maintaining operational integrity.Liaise with suppliers and manage subcontractors for service delivery.Qualifications

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in Building Services or Facilities Management.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.Strong understanding of statutory compliance and safety regulations.IT proficiency, particularly in Maximo and Microsoft Office.Health and Safety training, with a minimum of IOSH Managing Safely certification.What’s in it for you?
