On offer is a permanent lead role within a specialist vehicle manufacturing environment, focused on integrating products into a truck-mounted range. You''ll lead design tasks across mechanical/structural work. You''ll be trusted to develop and mentor the engineers around you, highlight training needs, and support the Engineering Manager with input on budgets, resources, CapEx and project planning. This is a hands-on environment where you''ll spend time in and around vehicles taking measurements and making design assessments. You will produce 3D models and 2D drawings, create BOMs and production drawings, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to deliver new assemblies and improve existing data. Occasional travel (including abroad) may be required for exhibitions and external testing.
