– Competitive (including bonus)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with stakeholder management experience in implementing Oracle''s Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for UK public sector clients. The primary responsibility is to interface with key stakeholders and lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in Agile mode. This role leads discussions for design, development and support of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports, including status reporting and stakeholder management. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes and solution architecture, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.Your roleAs an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will provide impactful functional solutions to clients. You should have a deep understanding across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Learn and Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Management), with practical experience in the UK public sector. You will lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex functional and technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, guiding projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensuring smooth delivery and high system performance.ResponsibilitiesHands-on experience with the above modules for UK Public sector clientsApply comprehensive SDLC knowledge including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting training for technical componentsDesign and build security roles – job roles, data roles including security profilesExperience with the full SDLC from requirements gathering to post-implementation supportProficient in Redwood enablement and its tools for enhancing user experienceHands-on experience with UK Public Sector clients is a key requirementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risksExpertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologiesExperience and willingness to work in a global delivery environmentPrepare status reports with RAG, highlight risks and mitigations, and maintain RAID logRequired8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent and Learn modules, including configuring the system (approvals, DFFs, EFFs, Journeys)Hands-on experience with the modules for UK Public sector clients and proficiency in all Talent and Learn processes including journeysAbility to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to the modulesDesign and build security roles – job roles, data roles including security profilesProficient in Redwood enablement and its tools for user experience enhancementsExperience with the full SDLC from requirements gathering to post-implementation supportStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate risksExperience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologiesWillingness to work in a global delivery environmentPreferredKnowledge of HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Fast FormulasAbility to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, management)Experience managing a team size of 6+ would be a plusPersonalIn addition to professional qualifications, we value these personal attributes:High analytical skillsStrong customer orientationHigh quality awarenessAbout UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
