The postholder will work with the school SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead, splitting time between clinical leadership and maintaining a therapy caseload. The role includes delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles of need (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH), focusing on EHCP outcomes. You will coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.Your clinical teams operate with a person-centred, empowering approach. Degree qualification in a specific discipline plus leadership/management experienceValid professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needsClear, concise clinical and research report writingExperience providing supervision and supporting a therapy teamAbility to work independently and adapt to a growing clinical serviceExperience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleBenefits
