Lead Clinician - OT / SLT / Psychotherapy at Harmonia Careers (Bestwood Village School, Nottingham, NG6 8TL). Fixed Term - Maternity Leave cover. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary up to £60,000 FTE DOE. This role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions within an education setting.The Role

We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team at Bestwood Village School. The postholder will work with the school''s Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead. Responsibilities include:Clinically lead the team and hold a therapy caseloadDeliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH needsCoordinate line management of the onsite clinical teamLead on service development of the clinical school-based service in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical LeadEnsure alignment with EHCP targets and OFG clinical approaches (all/group/individual)Our aim is to maintain a person-centred, safeguarding-focused culture and to support pupils to flourish and gain independence.Location

Bestwood Village School, Nottingham, NG6 8TL. The school forms part of the Options Autism brand.Essential Criteria

Degree qualification in a specified discipline plus leadership/management experienceValid professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needsClear, concise clinical and research report writingExperience providing supervision and supporting a therapy teamAbility to work independently and within a growing clinical serviceExperience of multi-professional work within the specified specialty (preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleBenefits
