We''re looking for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a high-performing team. If you have a passion for precision work, experience with CNC laser machinery, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.
 
What You’ll Do:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Monitor cutting operations and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

 
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience operating and setting up laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
- Strong understanding of materials (steel, aluminium, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic
