We’re looking for a reliable and experienced operator to join a fast-paced production team as a Laser Setter Operator. This is your chance to work with industry-leading machinery in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic)
- Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Select and install appropriate laser settings, nozzles, and lenses
- Conduct quality checks and make adjustments to ensure precision
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

 
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Laser Setter Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic understanding of metal types and material handling
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed
