They provide a full in-house service of digital, litho, wide format, point of sale, and cutting technologies to their retail clients.They are looking for an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join their growing team in Leicestershire. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.What you''ll be doing:Reporting directly to the Production ManagerOperating Agfa Taura and HP Latex printers with confidence and precisionRunning a Zund cutting table and ensuring accurate finishingTaking jobs from RIP stage through to cutting, packing and dispatchAssisting with artwork adjustments when requiredApplying your strong knowledge of print processes, substrates and materialsUsing your initiative to problem-solve and ensure jobs are delivered on timeSupporting the team with production planning in Trello (training provided if needed)What we''re looking for:Previous experience in large format printing and finishingStrong eye for detail and quality controlAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesGood communication skills - able to work closely with colleagues and clientsA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWillingness to work overtime when requiredDesire to grow with a company that''s ambitious and ..... full job details .....
