Our client is a large format specialist based in the East Midlands. They provide a full in-house service of digital, litho, wide format, point of sale, and cutting technologies to their retail clients.
They are looking for an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join their growing team in Leicestershire. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.

What you''ll be doing:

• Reporting directly to the Production Manager
• Operating Agfa Taura and HP Latex printers with confidence and precision
• Running a Zund cutting table and ensuring accurate finishing
• Taking jobs from RIP stage through to cutting, packing and dispatch
• Assisting with artwork adjustments when required
• Applying your strong knowledge of print processes, substrates and materials
• Using your initiative to problem-solve and ensure jobs are delivered on time
• Supporting the team with production planning in Trello (training provided if needed)

• Previous experience in large format printing and finishing
• Strong eye for detail and quality control
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication skills - able to work closely with colleagues and clients
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to work overtime when required
