We are looking for an experienced Laminator Operator / Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility. As a Laminator Operator, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality laminated products. We welcome candidates with previous laminating, printing, or manufacturing experience who are motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious. Key Responsibilities Operate laminating machines and associated production equipment safely and efficiently Monitor and maintain product quality to meet production and quality standards Set up laminating machines for production runs Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Inspect laminated products for defects and ensure consistency Work with the production team to meet daily production targets Follow Health and Safety regulations at all times Maintain accurate production logs and reports Experience and Qualifications Previous experience as a Laminator Operator, Printing Operator, or Manufacturing Operative Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery ..... full job details .....
