Laminator Operator – Manufacturing / Production Plant

Location: Stone, Staffordshire  
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week-rotating shifts

We are looking for an experienced Laminator Operator / Production Operative to join a  busy manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and efficiency are key.

As a Laminator Operator, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality laminated products. We welcome candidates with previous laminating, printing, or manufacturing experience who are motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laminating machines and associated production equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitor and maintain product quality to meet production and quality standards

• Set up laminating machines for production runs

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

• Inspect laminated products for defects and ensure consistency

• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets

• Follow Health & Safety regulations at all times

• Maintain accurate production logs and reports

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Laminator Operator, Printing Operator, or Manufacturing Operative

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

• Flexible and willing to work shift patterns if required

• Good communication skills and team player attitude
