Labourers / Gangs – Night Shift (Live Highway Works) – Banbury

We are currently recruiting multiple Labourers and established gangs for ongoing night work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is a great opportunity with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

Key Details:

• Location: Banbury
• Shift: Night work
• Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity
• Pay Rate: Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Positions: Individual labourers and gangs welcome

Responsibilities:

• Assisting concrete operatives and skilled trades on site
• General site duties including moving materials and keeping work areas tidy
• Supporting works on live carriageways
• Following instructions from supervisors and site management
• Working safely in a live traffic environment
• Adhering to strict health & safety and traffic management procedures

Requirements:

• Previous site experience preferred, ideally within highways
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Highways passport / relevant tickets (preferred)
• Ability to work safely on live roads at night
• Gangs must be reliable and able to work well together
• Strong work ethic and good awareness of site safety
• Reliable and able to commit to ongoing night shifts
• Full PPE required
