Yard Labourer

Hales Group are looking for a dependable, hands-on Yard Labourer to support our client in Great Yarmouth for a temporary six-week assignment. This position suits someone who enjoys practical, physical work and takes pride in keeping work areas clean, orderly, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping the yard clean, safe, and well-organised
• Moving, lifting, and transporting materials around the site
• Assisting with general labouring tasks

Requirements

• Previous outdoor labouring experience
• Practical ability to use tools and equipment safely
• Access to own transport
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• If you’re dependable, proactive, and ready to get stuck in, this could be a great short-term opportunity.

Location: Great Yarmouth
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Overtime: Saturdays, 7:30am–12:30pm (paid at 1.5x)
Term: Temporary for 6 weeks
