Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

Preparation and testing of samples eg oil, lubricants, fuels etcCarrying out quality control checks and interpreting test resultsChecking test results and checking subsequent reports prior to client submissionMaintaining good housekeeping practices in the laboratoryWashing laboratory glassware and preparing solvents, control, and calibration samplesSafe disposal of used oil samplesOccasional client liaisonSupporting laboratory operations outside standard hours when necessaryNote: Some tasks may involve manual lifting or use of a respirator.Are you a graduate with a passion for laboratory work?
