Maintain the effective operation of the UK savoury top note lab, including managing raw material stocks, labelling and storing chemical components, and ensuring overall lab cleanliness and organisation.Compound savoury top note flavour samples and prepare seasoning and finished product snack samples to support internal evaluations, customer presentations, and proactive project rollouts.Manage inventory of raw materials and flavour chemicals in collaboration with the PI Lab Manager to ensure consistent, cost-efficient supply.Support the Europe snack development team by handling compounding and application work to free up developer capacity.Receive, log, store, and manage flavour chemical samples for the UK lab, ensuring accurate documentation and availability.Contribute to successful project execution by producing high-quality samples aligned with customer and internal expectations.Qualifications and Skills

Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline is preferred.Minimum of three years working experience in the same position preferred.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Diligent and detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and accuracy.Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong interest in food and flavour with:

A good sense of taste.A genuine willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Strong customer service mindset and ability to build robust internal and external networks.Willingness to travel as required for business needs.Job Details
