Laboratory Technician Location: BedfordshireJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary Band: 25,000 - 26,500 p.aJoin a leading company in the development of synthetic affinity reagents for cell and gene therapy processes as a Laboratory Technician. This role is ideal for adaptable individuals ready to engage in various operational tasks.Day-to-day of the role:Perform routine laboratory tasks according to SOPs.Prepare solutions and manage laboratory inventory.Conduct equipment verification and calibration.Maintain a clean and compliant workspace.Assist in purchasing and managing external service engineers.Required Skills and Qualifications:Level 3 qualification in Biology or Chemistry ( A -Level, BTEC, HNC/HND or college-level science qualification)Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and within a team.Applicants must have full eligibility to work in the UK Indefinitely (e.g. ILR, Pre/Settled Status, British Citizenship) to be considered for this position.
