Lab Technician

Our client is seeking a practical, hands-on Laboratory Technician to support product development, formulation, sample preparation and routine laboratory testing within a fast-paced technical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laboratory, manufacturing, production or pilot plant experience who enjoys working with products, following procedures and generating accurate results.Working alongside experienced Product Developers and Technologists, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of laboratory-based activities to support ongoing development projects and routine testing programmes. Full training will be provided on specific equipment, testing methods and company procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare laboratory-scale formulations and blends accurately and consistently.Carry out routine quality control testing, including pH, moisture analysis and water activity measurements.Support stability studies through sample preparation and testing at scheduled intervals.Manage a high volume of samples whilst maintaining excellent levels of accuracy, traceability and organisation.Record, maintain and organise experimental data, highlighting any unusual results or potential issues.Support multiple projects and laboratory activities, ensuring work is completed to agreed timescales.Follow laboratory safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards at all times.Work independently on assigned tasks while contributing effectively as part of ..... full job details .....
