Lab Support Coordinator

Talentmark are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: Paying 200- 230 per day PAYE, or 265- 305 Umbrella. Lab Support Coordinator Role:User support functions: including installation and support on our systems.customer training.troubleshooting, sales and customer support.software modifications and product maintenance.assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations.Your Background:Biochemistry / pathology background.Thorough understanding of IVD industry.Have experience of support of pathology lab solutions.Troubleshooting / technical service cover for lab instruments - mostly biochemistry.Excellent customer facing skills.Company: Our client is one of the world''s premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.
