KS3 Tutor Help Young People Re-Engage with LearningWe''re looking for a KS3 Tutor to support children and young people across the BCP area through personalised 1:1 tuition.Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll provide tailored educational support to learners in Key Stage 3 who require alternative provision. Many of the students we support have experienced barriers to education and benefit from a flexible, supportive approach that helps build confidence, improve engagement, and encourage academic progress.This is a fantastic opportunity for education professionals who enjoy working closely with learners and adapting their approach to meet individual needs.Location: BCPKey Stage: KS3Start Date: SeptemberHours: FlexiblePay Rate: 25- 30 per hourType: 1:1 Tuition RequirementsMinimum 6 months'' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, mentoring, learning support, or similar rolesExperience supporting secondary-aged learnersStrong knowledge of the KS3 curriculumAbility to plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessionsExperience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirableStrong communication and relationship-building skillsPatient, adaptable, and proactive approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneDriver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across the BCP area Who You''ll SupportYou''ll work with learners who may have:Autism Spectrum Disorder ..... full job details .....
