Job Description:

anduuml;andnbsp; Delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum
anduuml;andnbsp; Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports emotional and academic development
anduuml;andnbsp; Using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform planning
anduuml;andnbsp; Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils
anduuml;andnbsp; Contributing to the wider school community through assemblies, school events, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
anduuml;andnbsp; Have experience teaching at KS1 (desirable but not essential)
anduuml;andnbsp; Be passionate about early years education and skilled in delivering phonics-based learning
anduuml;andnbsp; Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
anduuml;andnbsp; Be reflective, resilient, and committed to continuous professional development
anduuml;andnbsp; Hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one
