As the bridge between legacy and future-state systems, you''ll shape how an entire organisation manages its workforce.What You''ll Own and Deliver:Technical LeadershipDrive the complete migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce ManagementArchitect and validate system configurations that will serve as the blueprint for the futureLead cross-functional workshops that translate business needs into technical realityOperational ExcellenceDeliver seamless day-to-day support across the current Kronos ecosystemEngineer pay rules, work rules, and shift patterns that optimize operational efficiencyMaster complex integrations between HR, payroll, and Time and Attendance platformsKnowledge Transfer and EmpowermentDesign and deliver training programmes that upskill operational teamsCreate documentation and SOPs that become the foundation for future support modelsProvide hands-on, on-site support across multiple UK locationsQuality Assurance and InnovationOwn end-to-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance TestingTroubleshoot complex multi-system environments with precisionEstablish new support frameworks that scale with business growthThe Ideal Candidate Brings:Technical Mastery:Proven expertise with Kronos or equivalent Time and Attendance platformsDeep understanding of HR data architecture, payroll logic, and attendance workflowsBattle-tested experience in large-scale system migrationsLeadership DNA:Confidence to lead technical stakeholder workshops and drive consensusNatural ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiencesTrack record of managing vendor relationships and escalating issues effectivelyOperational Excellence:Expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilitiesExperience with interface monitoring in complex, multi-system environmentsOutstanding documentation and knowledge management skillsWhat Makes This Opportunity Special?National Impact:
