Role Overview We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting chefs and helping us deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the chefs Ensure all kitchen areas meet hygiene, health, and safety standards Dispose of waste and recycling in line with hotel procedures Receive and store deliveries correctly, ensuring stock is rotated where required Keep floors, work surfaces, and storage areas clean and hazard-free Support the kitchen brigade during busy service periods Follow all food safety, HACCP, and cleaning procedures Key Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential Strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider kitchen team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good ..... full job details .....
