Key Stage 3 Special Educational Needs Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Key Stage 3 Special Educational Needs Teacher to join a specialist provision in Ealing. This role involves supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by delivering engaging, differentiated lessons within a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pmKey Stage 3 Special Educational Needs Teacher- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver differentiated lessons for Key Stage 3 students with SEND.Support students with needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning difficulties.Develop and implement individual learning plans and support EHCP targets.Adapt teaching methods, resources, and classroom activities to meet varying learning needs and abilities.Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes engagement and independence.Monitor, assess, and record student progress and provide feedback to parents/carers and senior staff.Implement effective behaviour management strategies and support students'' emotional regulation.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals.Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, equality, and inclusion at all times.Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities where required.RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Experience working with ..... full job details .....
