About the Role:

As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll play a key role in delivering a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum to children aged 7–11. You’ll work in a nurturing and innovative school environment that values collaboration, high standards, and personal development—both for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and teach engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum

  • Assess and track pupil progress, using data to tailor teaching to individual needs

  • Foster a positive classroom culture that supports resilience, independence, and respect

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure pupil success

  • Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing throughout the school

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or Upper KS1/Lower KS3 experience)

  • A strong grasp of the KS2 curriculum and a range of effective teaching strategies

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

  • A reflective, growth-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting children’s development
