Key Responsibilities
Design and implement differentiated, high-quality lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
Use data-driven assessment to personalise learning and accelerate pupil progress
Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and social development
Collaborate proactively with colleagues, support staff, and families to enhance pupil outcomes
Maintain rigorous safeguarding standards and promote pupil wellbeing
Contribute to whole-school initiatives focused on continuous improvement and pupil engagement
What You Bring
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stage 1 pupils (or transferable experience from EYFS/KS2)
Deep knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and expertise in evidence-based teaching methodologies
Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
