Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise sales and account growth. Handle enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company''s product range. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving activity and revenue targets. Act as a trusted product expert, managing the sales process from enquiry through to order handover.
