Our opportunity: The Key Account Manager (Event Sales) at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will play a critical role in managing inbound sales whilst driving proactive outbound sales efforts, securing high-end corporate and private events, and managing relationships with key clients and event agencies.This role involves line management of a heavily targeted sales team, working alongside the head of department to deliver on strategies to attract new business, maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring the venue’s continued success as a premier events destination.The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury events, exceptional sales insight, and ability to show a track record in client retention and account management.This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed bookings, maximising event sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales and drive proactive outbound sales efforts to secure high-end corporate and private events.Line manage a heavily targeted sales team, collaborating with the head of department to attract new business.Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure the venue’s continued success as a premier events destination.Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maximise event sales, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to post-event follow-up.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and event agencies.Benefits
