Take full ownership of the recruiting process from start to finish, making key decisions at each stage to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
Drive the sourcing of top-tier talent by utilizing a diverse range of channels.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from initial outreach to final offer.
Design and lead the implementation of structured assessments, including tests and interviews.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of new hires to ensure they meet the company''s standards.

The selection processIf you pass our screening, you’ll take tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. It’s challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set a high bar and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. This role may stay open for months or be reposted.

To help you ramp up quickly, we recommend spending your first months in our Milan office, regardless of long-term work location. We’ll support travel and accommodation. After that, you may work from Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries, as agreed at offer stage.
