Junior Sous Chef Benefits:

andpound;18.26 per hour + annual bonus.
40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.
Closed for Christmas andamp; New Year every year.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:

A competent and experienced Junior Sous Chef who can confidently operate across all outlets within this multi£faceted hotel.
A strong leader and motivator, capable of guiding and developing junior members of the brigade.
A creative chef with the ability to contribute to seasonal, modern British menu development.
A Junior Sous Chef with a stable employment history and excellent references, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
A hands£on, self£motivated individual with a minimum of four yearsandrsquo; experience in professional kitchens.
This role may also suit an experienced Chef de Partie seeking their first step into a Junior Sous Chef position and ready to take on greater responsibility.
