As a Junior SEO Account Manager your role will encompass full client management with a SEO client base, assisting them in delivering projects and campaigns.
ResponsibilitiesWhat will the role involve?
Managing potentially up to 40 SEO accounts.
Ensuring a smooth relationship and sharp delivery for our clients by working closely with the SEO team to achieve client success and encouraging strong delivery through teamwork
Monitoring deliverables, proof-reading documents and reports to send onto clients
Facilitating cross-channel management –ensuring all channels ‘work together’
Sending performance reports to each client and reporting back on KPI’s
Arranging and attending client management meetings and calls
Identifying opportunities for client campaign and business growth in the form of increasing SEO spend
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
QualificationsWhat Skills will I need for this role?
Some experience in project or account management in digital marketing, preferably in SEO
A general understanding of SEO and the differences between on-site and off-site SEO
Top level understanding of Google Analytics
Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients
The ability to interoperate data and explain key information to clients
A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking
The ability to work independently and towards your own goals
The ability to quickly differentiate most impactful tasks/projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task confidently
The ability to innovate and challenge processes
Strong client relationship building skills
