London-based Restructuring

team, looking to bring on a

junior associate

(0–2 PQE) to join a high-performing, partner-led team.The group sits within the broader finance practice and is known for its

low-volume, high-quality

approach on strategic and bespoke

restructuring

and

leveraged finance

work; including distressed MandA, almost balanced creditor and debtor-side restructurings, special situations, as well as European term Loan B, unitranche and bank/bond financings. You’ll gain exposure to

multi-jurisdictional

deals, work closely with US colleagues, and advise

top-tier clients

including hedge funds, sponsors, corporates, bondholders and insolvency practitioners. The firm offers a

collegiate culture
