My client is a UK Top 50 firm offering the chance to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team handling high-profile Insolvency and Restructuring work. The role involves handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, with significant advisory work as a senior member, working with clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders and individuals. Responsibilities

Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.

Provide advisory support to clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders and individuals.

Collaborate with junior team members; supervise and support junior colleagues as appropriate.

Qualifications / Essential Criteria

Excellent knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law

Ability to handle a wide range of clients and cases

Experience in administrations, receiverships, voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidation, directors\'' duties, and bankruptcy

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience in supervising and supporting junior team members
