The Role Building relationships with new and existing clients. Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions. Managing vacancies from start to finish. Developing new business through telephone calls, networking and client visits. Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. Working towards achievable targets while earning uncapped commission. About You Previous sales or customer-facing experience is essential. Recruitment experience is not required. Motivated, ambitious and target-driven. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
