We specialise in recruiting highly skilled professionals for technology and engineering companies across the UK, Europe and the US. You don t need previous recruitment experience or a background in engineering - we ll provide the training and support you need to understand our markets and build a successful recruitment career. We re looking for someone who is hardworking, disciplined and eager to learn, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to retain and apply new information. What you ll be doing You ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, including: Learning about specialist technology and engineering markets. Building relationships with candidates and clients. Identifying and approaching talented professionals. Understanding job requirements and matching people with suitable opportunities. Writing engaging job adverts and candidate profiles. Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews. Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
