Manage high-quality portfolios while driving the lettings process.Gain a comprehensive 360-degree view of the property industry, with exposure to all areas of property management.Oversee maintenance and inspections, handle tenant queries, and support tenancy renewals.Participate in training during the first week in London and subsequently work remotely from Manchester.Qualifications and skills
A real passion to work in the property sector.Experience in a sales, lettings, or client-focused role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals for all parties.Exceptional written and verbal customer service and communication skills for engaging with tenants, landlords, and contractors.Understanding of, or willingness to learn, lettings legislation and compliance.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive problem-solving approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.Flexibility to travel to the London office for the initial training week.Work permissions
