Property Consultant

Overview We are seeking a highly organised and efficient team player to join our small but mighty auction company. You must have experience within an Estate Agency or Property Auction Company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support as well as handling sales calls. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Duties/Skills Must have worked within a property auction company for at least 12 months Must be experienced with ALTO/Zoopla/Rightmove portals Manage and maintain all office duties confidently, ensuring all necessary correspondence is organised and easily available Strong clerical abilities to manage paperwork efficiently Must have a good understanding and keep up-to-date on AML, The Property Ombudsman and other necessary licenses required to stay compliant Perform clerical tasks including document management Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Excellent typing skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and clients professionally Strong communication skills with solicitors, clients, new customers with enquiries Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications Coordinate ..... full job details .....
