Junior Project Manager

on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Head of Change and working closely alongside the Change Manager, the Junior Project Manager will support in managing projects from start to finish.The Junior Project Manager will be based within

Operations and Change Management

but will interact with other departments including Front Office.The Junior Project Manager will work on projects across the business, including:Strategic projectsOperational change projectsRegulatory projectsOperational efficiency and automation projectsThe Junior Project Manager will have worked on key projects within Operations. They will also meet the following skillset:Experience within the

asset management

industry is

essentialProven experience

in project management or working on projects

within an Operations role (such as Middle Office Analyst, Trade Support, Transitions or Operations Analyst) in an asset management houseExperience within

Operations in a buy-side house , but has also had interaction with other teams such as Front Office or ProductExperience in an environment that has gone through

change and transformationIMC or IOC

holderPrevious use of Charles River is desirableThis is a

hands-on
