Responsibilities and duties of the Junior Project Manager role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will:

• Manage activities across a portfolio of ground-mounted solar sites using project management tools
• Plan, define and coordinate project resource requirements
• Ensure resources are delivered on time, in the right condition, and within budget
• Oversee the work of Project Assistants based in India
• Lead client satisfaction reviews and produce management reports
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Health & Safety, and environmental standards
• Work in line with the company''s Integrated Management System to support quality and HSE objectives

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Experience in a similar junior project management role, ideally within renewables or construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with project management tools
• Good knowledge of quality assurance and Health & Safety principles
• Full UK driving licence

The Junior Project Manager role would suit someone who is:

• Self-motivated, organised, and confident working to tight deadlines
• Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexible and willing to occasionally travel and stay overnight
• Passionate about renewable energy and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
