Junior Private Client SolicitorLocation: Burton upon Trent, StaffordshireSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the OpportunityWe are currently recruiting on behalf of an established law firm in Burton upon Trent that is looking to appoint a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join its Wills and Probate department.This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a junior lawyer with experience in Private Client matters who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, assisting clients with wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.The RoleResponsibilities will include:Drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).Advising clients on wills, probate and estate administration matters.Assisting with probate applications and the administration of estates.Advising on trusts and inheritance-related matters.Supporting clients with Court of Protection matters where required.Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and other professional contacts.Managing client matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.About YouTo be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:A qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent legal professional.Newly Qualified status or up to three ..... full job details .....
