You will be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment that values high-quality service and efficient operations.Your new roleAs a Junior IT Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and equipment needs of new staff across the organisation. You will be responsible for administering and issuing new IT equipment, managing the return of devices, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. The role may also involve setting up new starter accounts and logins to ensure smooth access to systems. This is a hands-on position ideally suited to someone with hardware support experience and a proactive, organised approach.What you''ll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you should have experience handling IT hardware, including device setup, troubleshooting, and equipment management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, particularly when tracking stock and managing high volume equipment requests.
