As part of the Support team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring technical systems and live services run seamlessly from source to end user. One moment you''ll be managing schedules for a high-profile event, the next you''ll be solving a technical issue in real time.This is a varied and rewarding position where you''ll get hands-on with advanced systems, with full training provided to develop your skills.Responsibilities

Monitor live services for quality and performanceManage routing schedules and booking toolsHandle incoming feeds and service requests from partnersLiaise with external providers and internal teamsCollaborate with monitoring teams across multiple sitesManage IP-based contribution circuits and related systemsWhat We''re Looking For

Experience in IT support, gaming technology, or media operations, or strong technical aptitude and willingness to learnQuick-thinking problem solver with good communication skillsInterest in technology, systems, or live service deliveryComfortable with rotating shift work (including evenings/nights)Access to own transportDesirable

Previous network operations, or broadcasting backgroundFamiliarity with AV/RF infrastructure or encryption systemsThe Details
