We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Birmingham to develop skills within a design-led, luxury brand environment.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to contribute to print and digital projects, working closely with the Creative Marketing Executive to develop brand-led campaigns and maintain brand identity across all outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of compelling visual content across digital and print.
Support the Creative Marketing Executive in developing and delivering brand-led campaigns.
Prepare artwork for marketing materials, social media, website assets, and presentations to a high standard while meeting deadlines.
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.
Undertake image editing, retouching, and layout design as required.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure all creative work reflects our brand aesthetic.
Skills and Experience
A degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong photo editing capabilities.
Strong eye for typography, layout, and refined design.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical ability, and sensitivity to brand identity.
An interest in interiors, luxury design and lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
