The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our marketing team at our offices in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a design-led, luxury brand environment, contributing to both print and digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of compelling visual content across digital and print.
Support the Creative Marketing Executive in developing and delivering brand-led campaigns.
Prepare artwork for marketing materials, social media, website assets, and presentations to a high standard whilst meeting deadlines.
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.
Undertake image editing, retouching, and layout design as required.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure all creative work reflects our brand aesthetic.
Skills and Experience
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong photo editing capabilities.
A strong eye for typography, layout, and refined design.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical ability, and sensitivity to brand identity.
An interest in interiors, luxury design, and lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
